Can several causes of action be joined in a single proceeding? Explain using example
A
On face value appears that more than one cause of action is available to the client which arises from the same events (i.e. breach contact, negligence). Client can include several causes of action in the same proceeding against other party given if separate proceedings were brought for each cause of action common questions of law or fact may arises (r 60 UCPR).
