Wiping down window sills

The windows and window sills on the floor of the cafe can be wiped down as they become quite dirty. Use a green cloth and spray & wipe for window sills. Use Glaze Sheen and paper towel/blue cloth for windows. These can be found underneath the front counter.

Question 2

If anything is dirty, not organised, or out of place

Answer 2

Ask someone if they know why, and what’s happening. Then tidy, clean, etc. as told.

Clean tables

Answer 3

Pull tables apart and clean the edges of them as they get very dirty and are not cleaned often.

Wash Highchairs

Answer 4

Highchairs can be brought out to the back to be washed. Get a small bucket of hot water, detergent and a sponge from the kitchen dish area. Scrub all the highchairs and rinse.
