Because if he was truly the son of God then he should be without sin

Jesus met on a mountain with prophets Moses and Elijah and his appearance transfigured to a ‘dazzling white’
Why is it important that Elijah was one of the prophets at the transfiguration?
Because he was prophesied to return before the messiah
Why does the transfiguration make some Christians uneasy?
Because they can’t relate Jesus the man to this kind of transformations
What did the voice from the clouds say at the transfiguration?
‘This is my son, whom I love. Listen to him!’
What did Jesus instruct the disciples who saw his resurrection to do?
Not to tell anyone about it until after his resurrection
