How to get a strong grip
A
- close your elbows to your hips and bring your shoulders forward
- as they pull against you, you walk towards them to make a connection

2 on 1 arm grip details
A
- If the the hands are above the elbows= 2 on 1 with thumbs facing towards you.
- If the hands are below, 2 on 1 with thumbs facing towards them
- If hands are nuetral, 2 on 1 wrist and elbow control.
If they are standing their hand will usually be below their elbows
