  1. close your elbows to your hips and bring your shoulders forward
  2. as they pull against you, you walk towards them to make a connection

2 on 1 arm grip details

A
  1. If the the hands are above the elbows= 2 on 1 with thumbs facing towards you.
  2. If the hands are below, 2 on 1 with thumbs facing towards them
  3. If hands are nuetral, 2 on 1 wrist and elbow control.

If they are standing their hand will usually be below their elbows
