The study of humankind from past, present future, is holistic in its approach and studies human culture and evolutionary aspects of human biology

The study of contemporary or modern-day cultures, Ethnography and Ethnology

The detailed observation and recording of a culture, often through participant observation

Comparative study of culture

The study of language
