Lower crossed syndrome

A

View: Excessive lordosis

Overactive: hip flexors (rectus femoris, iliacus, psoas) , lat dorsi, erector spinae, gastrocnemius & soleus.

Underactive: transverse abdominis, internal oblique, gluteus maximus & medius , hmastrings.

Upper crossed syndrome

A

View: rounded shoulders and forward head

Overactive: pectoralis major , upper traps, scalenes, lat dorsi, sternocleidomastoid, levator scapulae, teres major.
Underactive: lower traps, rhomboids, teres minor, infraspinatus, deep cervical flexors

Pronation distortion syndrome

A

View: excessive foot pronation and knees caved in.

Overactive: soleus, peroneals, hip flexors, biceps femoris, it band
Underactive: anterior and posterior tibialis, glutes, vmo
