- Ahmisa: “non-violdence” - unlimate aim = cause little harm
- Aparigraha - “non-attachment” - not getting attached to material items - focus on what is most important
- Anekantvad: “non-judgement” - remain open minded
What are the two Jina sects?
1) Digambara - naked or “sky god” - must be male to attain liberation -> nudity is essentail and mainly southerners
2) Svetambara - “white clad” - women included - white robes
