To maintain and strength the judicial independence

What is their role
A
To select candidates for judicial office which takes the responsibility out of the LC’s hands. Select between 500-700 a year.

A
15 members. 6 lay members. 5 judges (1 district, 1 circuit, 3COA/HC), 1 barrister, 1 solicitor, 1 mag, 1 tribunal member.
