Jekyll is changing into Hyde. “Black” fits in with the gothic theme and adds to the mystery. “Melt” shows that Hyde is burning away Dr Jekyll.

Jekyll is in pain. “Injected” adds to the semantic field of science and medicine. Jekyll is torturing himself in order to make way for Mr Hyde.
