  1. want to be able to restock the trucks (restocking)
  2. Shrinkage, scared of theft or side jobs (security system and GPS tracking).
  3. Tax purposes. Do you have 250k plus in inventory? go for it.

A

How are you managing it? Are your numbers accurate? Who does it? Why?
