Gets your foot in the door. For every 10 or so, if you sell one replacement or new system, there’s your big money.

You can report on it, it’s anticipated revenue you can work against to hire someone new or do more training or buy new equipment.

Office can attach most formats except videos. Tech can then just view. If tech wants to fill out a PDF form, will need to download to device, fill out, email back to office. Techs can only upload pictures and do custom forms
