What are utility programs?
they perform tasks relation to computer’s health and sort data, search for files ,scan files for viruses and repair disks and files.

it is a set of programs that are used to control the computer hardware.
What is operating systems used for?
It is used to direct the efficient working of the computer and it is usually stored on hard drives . eg,windows and unix

it is an unlimited network of interconnect computers. It can store and retrieve data on any computer once there is access to the internet
