What is information technology?
It is the use of computers to create, store, process and exchange all kinds of electronic data and information.
What is a computer?
A computer is an electronic device that manipulates information, or data which has the ability to store, retrieve, and process data.
What is hardware?
It is the name given to the physical components of the computer.
What is the hardware divided into?
It is divided into input and output devices,primary memory(ram and rom) ,secondary devices and cpu.
What is the cpu?
It is the brain which consists of the cu and alu.
What is software?
Software is a set of instructions that a computer needs to carry out its task
What is data?
The raw list of facts that are processed to gain information
What is peripheral devices?
It refers to those devices that make up the computer system.
Examples of peripheral devices
input,output and storage devices.
What is a file?
Every document typed a file and programs used to start applications are also files.
