why is salah important
- helps muslims grow closer to god
- the action of bowing remind s them that they are less great than god

1-entering state of ihram : men dress in whit to show equality
2-circling the ka’aba: muslims believe it come from paradise and was given to adam by god
3-walking between the two hills
4-standing at arafat: god forgives their sins and the journey shows their devotion to god
5-throwing pebbles at mina: the wallls represent the devil they throw pebbles shows that they reject evil
6-sacrificing an animal: this sacrifice represents ibrahims willingness to sacrifice his son
