EID UL ADHA

A

•festival of sacrifice at the end of hajj
•1/3 of lamb to fam that sacrifice lam , 1/3 to friends and family and 1/3 to poor
•PROPHET IBRAHIM dreamt to sacrifice his son ISHMEL and both agreed to do it for allah ISHMEL showed faithless to ALLAH
When IBRAHIM cut his sons throat he looked down and saw it was a lamb!

Donate their money zakah enocorage generosity -2.5% of money to charity to cleanse and to purify, anyone who gives feels satisfaction and love in hearts

Sawm

A

Fasting during Ramadan , it teaches self discipline which brings Muslims closer to allah they don’t have to fast till age of 12 and old people don’t , also means no music sex and smoking meant to help muslins understand hunger so they are willing to help others and allah matters more than physical needs

Hajj

A

Pilgrimage to Mecca , at least once in lifetime, as long as they can afford it , in Makkah as Muhammad lived there , they usually wear white clothing (Hiram) so they are equal and pure ,
•Kaaba is giant stone cube covered in black cloth and they circle it 7 times anti-clockwise (tawaf)
•next they walk between safa and Marwa 7 times and drink water from ZamZam well which allah have to hajar
•then go to mount Arafat to ask for forgiveness
•then spend night in muzdalifa.where they collect pebbles to throw at pillars in mina represent Shaytan, they have EID UL ADHA THE FESTIVAL OF SACRIFICE, and visit prophet mosque called Madirah
