  • Visceral discomfort
  • Diffuse & sub-sternal
  • Accompanied by dyspnea, diaphoresis, nausea, light-headedness
  • Provoked by physical exertion, emotional upset, heavy meal, working in cold temp
  • Onset usually over several minutes
  • Relieved by rest, NTG
