Is air matter?
A
Yes, air is matter because it has mass and occupies space. (E.g. a deflated balloon (with no air) is lighter than an inflated balloon. Therefore, air has mass.)

Q
Are air and water vapour the same things?
A
No. Air is made up of different gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, rare gases, water vapour and other gases such as sulphur dioxide and carbon monoxide. Therefore, water vapour is part of the air mixture in the atmosphere.
