A
  • Airplane must be parked
  • Position the selectors to ALIGN
  • Enter present position
  • Reposition the selectors to NAV
  • Takes 30 seconds
  • Fast alignment can be accomplished without entering present position. However, greater navigational accuracy is attained by entering present position
