Noble women were very important and could own property, and the other woman spent their time cooking and taking care of children

Raths,Crannógs,Hillforts and Promontory forts.Hillforts are like Raths but much bigger and built on a hill,these were used for religious ceremonies
Describe farming in Celtic society
The farmers were the biggest group in the Tuath.They rented land from the Warriors,grew crops and looked after the animals.The whole Tuath depended on them to supply food
How did they dress fighting and relaxing at home
To battle they went naked with bit of makeup.Their clothes were made from linen and wool,rich men wore a tunic called a léine and women wore ankle length linen tunics,there clothes were coloured brightly,in the winter they wore a wooden cloak,they also wore lots of jewellery.Poor men wore wool trousers, and women wore a long plain tunic
