- Hemolytic anemia, thrombosis, & impaired BM function
- Typically young adults with median age of 35-40 years.
- Aplastic anemia in 20-30% of PNH patients.
- 10 years after Dx.
- Genetic mutation in PIG-A in BM stem cell.
- Flow cytometry is gold standard.
