A
Dubcek wanted reforms (socialism with a human face), such as
•Relaxed censorship
•Trade unions were allowed
•Increased trade with the West
These weren’t liked by Moscow because it was insulting to Communism.

What did the Brezhnev doctrine say?
A
The actions of one communist country affects all communist countries. If one communist country threatens another communist country, it’s the duty of other communist countries to take steps to stop those actions.
