Wundt’s Lab
-wundt believed all aspects of nature could be studied scientifically, including human nature

-wundt used introspection to investigate the human mind
-introspection means ‘looking into’
-participants were asked to reflect on their own cognitive processes and describe them
-observers would be shown an object and asked to reflect on how they perceived it

-participants would be presented with carefully controlled stimuli
-asked to describe inner processes as they looked at image or listened to tone
Definitions
Objective: Basing findings on fact
