The Gloria is the fourth step of the introductory rite. In this step, we sing a powerful hymn praising almighty God.

The Collect is the fifth and final step in the introductory rite. In this step, we pray for our personal intentions and for those of the Church. We respond “Amen” to day yes to this prayer.
