An ideology based on the working class should revolt against property-owning oppressors.

Property is owned by the community (public property) and all people share in the production and benefit of goods.

Government is responsible for the well-being of individuals and ensures resources are disrupted, I.e. Adequate housing for all. No one is homeless.
