2 minutes - Processing pharmacist assesses prescription for error/ask the intake pharmacist to call md for clarification
4 minutes - Intake pharmacist calls the MD to clarify the medication order left on the voicemail.
1 minute - Processing Pharmacist fills the medication and give to counseling pharmacist.
4 minutes - processing pharmacist completes medication error report form while counseling pharmacist interacts with customer.
