Appearance: Dressing and emotional appearance
Behaviour and psycho-motor activity: Agitation, increased psycho-motor activity, gestures and abnormal movement
Thought flow: normal, increased or retarded
Thought form: circumstantiality, tangential, blocking
Thought content: suicidal ideation, phobias, blocking
Perception: Illusion, misinterpretation, delusions
Mood and affect: Flat, blunted, labile
Vegetative Function: appetite, sleep
Anxiety Symptoms: Attacks, phobias, PTSD
