It is a technique that helps people better understand their relationship with themselves and others

Open area

Explain the Open Area of the Johari Window
Things known by you are seen and acknowledged by others. Information about the person’s attitude. Behaviour, emotions, feelings, skills, and views will be known by the person as well as others.
Explain the Blind Spot of the Johari Window
Things unknown by you but, are seen and acknowledged by others. Information about yourself that others know in the group but you will be unaware of. Others may interpret yourself differently than you expect.
Explain the Hidden area or façade of the Johari Window
Things known by you but unknown by others. This can be personal information that you feel reluctant to reveal, such as past experiences, fears, secrets, etc.
Explain Followership
It is defined as intentional practice on the part of the subordinate to enhance the synergetic interchange between the follower and the leader. This means that the follower actively choose to work well with their leaders.
