the indicators to measure their achievement,
the key assumptions that can affect the achievement of the results (objectives)
Planning takes into consideration the

resources
mandates and capacities
of the
implementing organization
various stakeholders
At the end of the planning phase,
a project plan is produced and
ready to implement
