Adjustment reaction
State of subjective distress and emotional disturbance, usually interfering with social functioning and performance, arising in a period of adaptation to a significant life change. Manifestation may include depressed mood, anxiety or worry, a feeling of inability to cope, plan ahead, or continue in present situation, and some degree of disability in performance of daily routine.
Organic delusion disorder
Disorder in which persistent or recurrent delusions dominate clinical picture. May be accompanied with hallucinations. Some features suggestive of schizophrenia, such as bizarre hallucinations or thought disorders, may be present.
