A
negligence can cause injury, damage to property, it can be a result of an accident.

example of negligence
A
in a car accident the claimant may want to get compensation for injuries, damage to their car, money for a hire car in the meantime, loss of earnings due to injuries. there’s many outcomes and remedies available.
