A
Primary: Originating from that tissue
Secondary: Spread from a primary tumour elsewhere

- Good or poor differentiation?

Benign:
- Localised
- Slow growth
- Well-differentiated
- Compressed tissue
Malignant:

- Rapid growth
- Poorly-differentiated
- Tissue invaded and destroyed
