fibrous layer (outer), parietal layer (outer serous layer), pericardial cavity, visceral layer (inside serous layer)/ epicardium, myocardium, endocardium.

Where is the transverse pericardial sinus located?
A
Posterior to the ascending aorta and pulmonary trunk, anterior to the left ventricle and superior vena cava.
