For the Personal Auto policy line, why are there two possible values for a modifier’s “modifier type”?
In Personal Auto, a modifier can be associated with the policy line or to a specific vehicle. When creating the modifier, you specify a modifier type to denote if it is a policy line level (PAModifier) or a vehicle level (PAVehicleModifier).
When do you need to add values to the RateFactorType typelist?
You need to add typecodes to the RateFactorType typelist when you create a schedule rate modifier and the desired rate factors don’t already exist.
