Asymmetry of movements/increased muscle tone
Not walking by 18 months/peristent toe walking
OFC (head circumference) >99.6th or <0.4 centiles or has crossed 2 centiles or disproportionate to parental
Clinician uncertainity

When are all babies reviewed?

A

1 week - feeding, hearing, blood spot
2 weeks- check feeding, maternal health, jaundice, SIDS
6-8 weeks by the GP and Health visitor

sleeping position
examination of heart, hips, genitalia, femoral pulses and eye

Also reviewed by Health visitor at 27-30 weeks old
