Recordings - regular and fast - faster us more interesting than I anticipated - 1.5x and 2.0x automatically improves active engagement - regular speed becomes passive after a while

Speculation - reason why journey method has worked so well for me is the automatic grounding of “what’s next” in long term memory - makes retrieval easy for me - I need to integrate method of loci into my line for line memory process
