BETWEEN 14 & 28 WEEKS
-Expectant mgmt: 80% of patients will experience spontaneous onset of labor within 2-3 weeks of fetal demise
-Induction: PGE2 suppositories (dinoprostone) or PGE1 analogue (misoprostol)
PAST 28 WEEKS
-Induction: misoprostol + oxytocin
