Anti-coagulants

Sudden onset headache
Seizures

What investigations are needed?

A

Bloods

  • FBC
  • Clotting

CT head
MRI head- shows changes after 2hrs

What is the management?

A

Same as cerebral infarction but no anti-platelets/coag
Make normotensive with IV labetalol
Neurosurgical input asap
