Anyone under 18 or anyone with a mental condition that makes them a vulnerable adult must have an appropriate adult/parent/carer/interpreter present in interviews.

S. 60 PACE - Person being interviewed must have at least 15 minutes break every 2 hrs, they must have 3 45 minute meal breaks every 24 hrs, and 8 hours rest every 24 hrs.
