A

A

Fulfilling your obligations. Can you imagine a call toning out and a firefighter purposefully turning over and going back to sleep? We have a duty to perform the services expected of us.

Respect

A

Treat people as they should be treated. Or another way to put it, treat others as you would want to be treated. This is especially important within the firehouse. We are all on one team and we all have something to contribute (analogy of a body).
