I had been informed that a customer was no longer to be served over concerns about how drunk they were
they later came up to the bar and tried to order with me
I explained to them the situation calmly and when they became aggressive I articulated the rules I am required to follow while working for the chain to their friend
when the drunken man accused me of lying I politely asked if he wanted to speak to the manager who had made the decision
I breifed my manager and calmly introduced them to diffuse the situation
My manager reinstated what I had said and when the customer continued to be aggressive, had the customer removed
