5 years:
establish a class A training at a firm which allows me to explore broad legal practice
gain confidence in supporting the firm by completing trainee tasks and integrating myself in the team
10 years:
find an area that I believe I can positively contribute towards and actively see how my actions are affecting positive results for clients
what would you do if you didn’t do law?
never really considered it, been set on law throughout my studies and gaining commercial work experience has helped to solidify that
if I had to, perhaps I’d consider another means to help advice businesses on action they can take to facilitate growth ex//consultant or strategy advisor
how would your friends describe you?
driven and motivated
open to change and new opportunities

what is your biggest weakness?
probably my existing commercial awareness - how the law applies to markets practically

I understand that there are sometimes time constraints, but a consistent prevention of others to share their ideas and steamrollering ahead I find non-conductive to a productive environment that can grow and develop
