My attendance policy would be designed to improve employee productivity, reduce absenteeism, and set clear and consistent expectations for employees.

What would you do to increase or maintain morale?

Previously as a manager, I increased employee retention via incentive programs, active and sincere engagement with employees, addressing company perception challenges, developing training requirements, and establishing career paths staff could easily understand and follow.
