Why you interested in a career in PR?
I engage spending a lot of time going over Multimedia and engaging with a lot of organisations looking at press relseases of financial figures for football clubs and watching how firms connect between the organisation and customers, as well as internally. PR is massive in the working world, with many fast paced environments engaging in trying to get a USP, which all underpinned by COMMUNICATION. Having given numerous of pitches, to students at LSE at the consulting society and developing resources for students i believe i am a natural fit within this organisation. A successful brand. organisation is one that communicates a story authentically with its target audience, only with the right PR team. This is something also at the forefront of my social media use when promoting my trainer business flawless fits.
In addition having completed an internship at Greenside capital partners, i was placed on the investment role, raising capital for green assets. This was okay experience. Although, the focus was limited towards certain assets and you had boundaries to follow, hence little scope of independence and creativity. So having a chance to speak to the PR department of the company, it they focused on handling and developing strategies for the Company, which immediately caught my interest, as i knew my skillset was placed on being creative, which was quite limited at Greenside capital partners.
Why do you want to work at Hera communication strategies?
During my research of Hera ( EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN), it became incredibly obvious that you have an impressive team at management level, from John Wriglesworth to ( Consultant) Rahela Hena, which enable you to have such strong foundations of building clients reputational value and authencity to stakeholders.
Also with the wide range of impressive blue chip companies such as Hill group and close brothers, it is clear that you set really high standards, which makes you achieve the of protecting theses companies brands.
I have high standards too and i only want to work in an organisation that wants to grow and provides the best possible service at all times, in which believe HERA is built upon.
What is your biggest strengths?
I am Resourceful - I am an innovative problem solver and i always look for ways to solve difficult challenges - give the example of my tutoring zoom or library, the student found it hard to study, i was able to ask parents and find hobbies or the student , and found that they are different optimal times they do work, and are visual learner. GCSE kids.
What is your biggest weakeness?
My biggest weakeness, is that i struggle to find a healthy worklife balance. i am very solution orientated and passionate about my work, hence i often find myself working long hours which understandably can be tiring at times. Although, im trying to engage in a healthier work life balance and i have seen a result in myself in terms of working smart not harder.
Describe yourself in one sentence?
“I would describe myself as hard-working, driven, fearless, the type of person who takes ownership of situations, and someone who is not afraid of a difficult challenge.”
What motivates you?
Being able to achieve things that is significant in my work, for example in my trainer business i set targets of customer sales and new leads for the growth of my business, and i was able to exceed targets year on year. The buzz and feeling you get knowing that you are doing some right, was incredible and that motivates to work to satisfy the needs of these stakeholders. The goal of self improving means that not only will i always be fearless in trying things, but i will be enuthastic in working and thats what it is about.
Tell me a time you had conflict with a team member, how did you handle it
1st sentence goes like conflict is a part of human nature, but it is important to dispose this within a group and tackle the issue straight away be because we do not want to affect the standards of a group.
Talk about marketing project LSE and how someone didn’t turn up to a group meeting.
Then say it lead to them collaborating with the group and he in fact was very on top and knowledagble on this sector.
What is your ideal working environment?
My ideal work environment is a place where employees at every level have good communication with each other and with their supervisors.
I also hope to work in a place that is centered on development and teambuilding, where the unique talents of each employee can be recognized and given the opportunity to grow.
While doing some research on Hera I took note of your stimulating work environments, where there are always new fires to put out and problems to solve
how do you define teamwork.
teamwork is when a group comes together to accomplish a task, and their main priority is the quality of the end result. It isn’t about shining as an individual. Instead, it’s about having the best outcome possible through the use of cumulative effort.

How well do you work in a team? ( internship experience is key here)
If believe teamwork is where i can really influence my intellectual curiosity.
GIVE AN EXAMPLE USE STAR TECHNIQUE.
1) Situation: Use internship experience at Greenside capital partners. I was a research analysts where i was put into the investment distubtion, with a group of high level indidivuals. We focused on green assets, and we as a group needed to understand and have a better understanding of what asset class to potentially work on and then pitch at the end of the week.
2) We delegated roles, where me and another individual who had little experience in Private equity and venture capital did huge sums of research.
3) we were to pitch and investment plan
How would you handle undeserved criticism from a supervisor
Don’t respond emotionally
Rationally access the criticism
Confront professionally if necessary.
How have you changed in the last 5 years?
1) Mindset has changed - no more a materialist ( i seek for future gratification rather than immediate gratification)
2) Friendship groups have changed - with more intellectual like minded people
3) Im more aware about the world reading news ( allowing me to extend my vocabulary)
How well do you perform under pressure?
I’ve found that a healthy amount of Pressure motivates me to stay on track and work as efficiently and effectively as possible. Talk about deadline for marketing project, I was able to place this in a fresh diary, which could prevent from any distractions. I also when i do feel pressure, have a change of scenery so i will go to the gym, then continue. This way i will optain maximum concentration levels.
Tell me a time you failed?
Actually, when i started out my internship at Greenside capital partners, i was keen to make a positive impression on my work colleagues and supervisor/ manager. I was assigned a task to research a specific field and what specific asset classes, i think would be very successful, given the risk appepitate of a potential client My eagerness to do a good job, i failed to listen to the brief ( i wasn’t aware of the risk appetite of the client) , i only focused on the end goal on what he wanted me to achieve. That meant when i finished the project and presented it to him, i made a fatal error, as i missed out an important part of the project. I was disappointed in my self, i apologised, to correct this i went home and corrected my mistake and presented my findings in the morning.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity be interviewed today. I am a confident, driven and trustworthy person, who already feels like a natural fit for a role within your company. I have several job roles and skills which i currently hold which i believe best match and add value to your team. For example- tutoring, the need to make tailor made solutions for clients, pinning down and breaking up the value of studying to students, what bests suits, to enhance the best solutions. In addition Trainer business Flawless Fits, engaging in social media, to promote my brand and have strong communication with clients. etc. and upholding reputation of quick and easy, e.g. through reviews and engaging with people on social media. In addition sports orientated, ensuring i have optimal concentration levels to optimally work.
