Why do you want to work with us?
I want to be a part of your company for me to apply my communication skills in Spanish. I strongly believe that you have a successful company. I like to work in order to get the objectives of the company, and I believe this is where I will grow and improve.
Why should we hire you?
I deliver what I promise, I have a direction, I have high goals, I have a desire to be successful, and I am willing to o whatever it takes to get the job done.
What is your advantage among other applicants?
I am focused in my task and I manage my time. I am disciplined, motivated, and competitive. I can work well with my coworkers. In face, I like to work in a team in order to achieve a common objective.
What is customer service?
Customer service is the support that you provide to your customers, both before and after buying and using your products or services that helps them to have a better and pleasant experience with you.
How do you see yourself in 5 years?
In the 2nd to 3rd year, I see myself becoming expert in my position. I will really submerge myself. Because of that, I will be able to understand the things that can still be improve in my work. With that, I can share my help and ideas. Lastly, in the 4th or 5th year, If there is an opening for a Supervisor or a trainer, I would also like to apply.
How do you handle irate customers?
Personally, What I do, is listen to their problems carefully. I will show my empathy. After that, I will put the customer on hold for me to look and do the resolution. In that way, they will relax themselves. When I go back to the call, I will explain how I will do the my resolution in order to resolve their problems. Most of the times, It’s very effective.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
I have great communication skills, I have great skills to resolve problems, and I can do all things with little direction.
My weakness is ambiguity. But in order to resolve this problem, I always focus in the details, I study more, and I always get help from my coworkers/SMEs/Supervisors
What are the things you still need to improve?
I want to improve my skills in handling ambiguity. But I have been improving it by acting on it, exhausting all the things that I can, and also asking questions. In order to improve it, I have to study more. For example at work, I need to read Knowledge articles.
What is service desk?
Theservice deskacts as a single point of contact between the IT organization and the business for all incident reports,servicerequests, change notifications, and any other necessary communications.
What is ITIL?
ITILis defined as a framework with a set of best practices for delivering efficient IT support services.
