it aligns perfectly with my skills in communication, customer service and attnetion to detail. im passionate about helping clients make informed decsions. i am excited about the opportunity ot contrubute to your team. i also like the fact that i will not only be getting hands on expereinece but also getting to complete my certficate in real estate services and my class 2 license.
please explain an example of when you worked as a team
during my time working at perth racing i have worked my way up to being a team leader. this means that i am respeonsible for solvong issues that arise within our department. Last month, we experiuenced a high level of customer complaints and unanswered questions. This was causing disagreement between team memebers. I siggested that we all sit down and discuss how we were feeling and what the issue was. From this we uncovered that not everyone knew the answers to these questions or though someone else was handling it. We decided that all complaints and questions would be called iver our headset along with who was dealing with it, this would let everyone know who was dealing with it and allow anyone to help if they didint know the answer.
describe a time where you experineced conflict
druing my job at the italian restuarnt, my collegue and i were experinecing conflict over how to priotize tasks during a busy shift. we decided to sit donw at the end of the shift and create a checklist to divide the tasks equally.
what are your biggest challenges asa student
my biggests challenges as a studnt has been balancing academuic responsibilities with a part time job and personal commitments. I overcame this by developing strong prganisational skills, settiing goals and staying disiplined with my schedule.
