  • Can be chronic/recurrent

Treatment of axillary granular PK?

A
  • topical corticosteroids are mainstay
  • also topical vitamin D analogues, keratolytics, and antifungals
  • can try destruction with cryotherapy
  • if severe can use systemic isotretinoin or systemic antifungals
