Clinical presentation of CARP:

A
  • Red or brown, rough, keratotic, slightly raised papules that first appear in intermammary region–> then spreads outward and forms reticulated pattern laterally
  • can have features similar to Tinea versicolor and acanthosis nigricans

(more confluent centrally, and reticulated laterally)
