A
Person in possession of property subject to multiple claims can bring all claimants into the same action.

SMJ:
(1) minimal diversity among claimants (at least one C is from a different state) and
(2) AIC greater than OR EQUAL TO $500.
Venue: any district where a claimant resides
PJ: nationwide PJ/SOP (just need minimum contacts with U.S.)
