CMV
Prevent disseminated TB but does not prevent infection itself; PPD should not be given to children with healing scar or immunization within 1 calendar year
BCG
To enter the US, newly adopted children need only meet the requirements for this visa; once in US, no mandated standards for comprehensive health care
Permanent Residency Alien Visa
Recommended vaccine series for all family members and close contacts of an internationally adopted child
Hepatitis A
Screening test timeline: 1. CBC, UA, PPD with or with CSR, VDRL or serologic evaluation for syphilis, HIV x 1-2 screening tests, stool ova and parasite x 3
