Development is change for the better, where everyone has a decent standard of living

What is the difference between poverty and extreme poverty?
A
Poverty is defined as anyone who lives below the international poverty line and survives on less than $1.90 per day. On the other hand, people who live in extreme poverty are severely deprived of basic human needs and often do not have access to service aids.
